The 2025 Montana Bookstore Trail Passports have arrived!

Did you know that Montana is home to more independent bookstores per capita than any other state? Each bookstore is unique with its own focus and passion, but all are alike in their passion for books and sharing them with their communities.

And good news: the Bookstore Trail is now open all year, so you can road trip and support local books all through summer and fall (and winter, weather permitting). Don't forget to join the giveaway at the end of your journey by scanning the QR code on the back of your passport!

A few new shops have joined the Trail this year too, so come on by and pick up passports for you and your friends!
